Owner states water heater has water leaking stream from bottom. Probably cracked liner. Will replace with pan draining to floor drain.

Tearing out old bathtub,lave,and toilet first then moving drain & waterlines to new locations. Installing new tub, shower base and rough in valves in new walls.

Looks like they have a bad one probably needs replaced. If you want to save yours just put hose on bottom drain and flush every three to six months. No need to turn water off at top just take hose attach to drain on bottom run to floor drain,sump pump pit or safe place and turn bottom drain on and off until water runs clear.

Replaced old 1/3 horse power sump pump with new 1/2 horsepower sump pump
